Frozen Banana Split

I went in search of a quick, easy, crowd pleasing dessert to serve at a family party this weekend.

This frozen banana split was exactly that.

Super easy to make and everyone loved it. The next time you have to bring dessert to a party give this a try!!

Frozen Banana Split
Adapted from Paula Deen

24 ice cream sandwiches (I used 12 vanilla and 12 Neapolitan)
5 medium bananas thinly sliced
1-2 cups sliced strawberries
4-5 tablespoons hot fudge topping
4-5 tablespoons caramel topping
2 HEATH bars chopped
1 (8 oz) container of frozen non dairy whipped topping, thawed

Place half of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9x13 pan, cutting the sandwiches if necessary to fit. Top evenly with bananas. Pour hot fudge over bananas. Top with strawberries and half of the chopped HEATH bars, then pour the caramel over it. Layer with remaining ice cream sandwiches and top with non dairy whipped topping. Sprinkle with the remaining HEATH bars.

Cover and freeze for 4 hours.  Remove from the freezer 10 minutes prior to serving. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
